We strive to keep this page up to date, but rates are subject to change. Ask the driver to see a rate card if there is a dispute. Please note that Uber is just starting to operate in our state. ADO buses now serve Puerto Morelos again.
The taxi dispatch number is 998-153-1306. You can also use WhatsApp with this number by adding the standard +52 1 before the number. If you order on the app, WhatsApp or by phone, they do charge an extra 10-15 pesos for this service.

Please note that both of these rate sheets are still used by Puerto Morelos taxis as of December 2025, but the base rate appears to have increased to 50 pesos and can be 10-15 pesos more if you order a taxi via an app, WhatsApp or phone.
